Ms. Hafsa Shamsie serves as the Managing Director of Roche Pakistan and brings with her more than three decades of extensive leadership experience in finance, corporate governance, strategic planning, and business transformation. Since assuming the role of Managing Director, she has led Roche Pakistan’s efforts to strengthen healthcare access, drive organizational excellence, and advance the company’s mission of delivering innovative healthcare solutions to patients across Pakistan. Prior to her current role, Ms. Shamsie served as Finance Director at Roche, holding leadership positions in both Pakistan and the Netherlands. Her distinguished professional career spans several renowned multinational organizations, including Shell plc, ICI Pakistan, Engro Corporation, Pakistan Refinery Limited, and Dawood Lawrencepur Limited, where she held senior executive positions including Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. A graduate of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, with an MBA in Finance, Ms. Shamsie also holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
